Au d\u00e9part nous vendions des raisins et avec une petite partie, que nous gardions pour nous, nous nous amusions, avec nos amis, \u00e0 faire du vin dans l\u2019ancienne cave de mes grands-parents. Pendant l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9, ayant la ferme pr\u00e8s de notre maison, nous passons g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement du temps avec nos clients, et il y avait une occasion de leur faire go\u00fbter notre vin. Beaucoup \u00e9taient enthousiastes \u00e0 ce sujet et l\u2019id\u00e9e de fabriquer notre propre bouteille est devenue plus r\u00e9elle. Nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 penser au label, \u00e0 nous informer sur la mise en bouteille et tout le n\u00e9cessaire pour la r\u00e9alisation de notre projet. Pour le choix du nom, apr\u00e8s y avoir longuement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, nous nous sommes concentr\u00e9s sur la toponymie et l\u2019histoire de la vall\u00e9e pour trouver un nom qui soit l\u2019expression de son territoire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les champs situ\u00e9s dans les hautes collines sont appel\u00e9s, par les locaux, ranchi. Ainsi, le vignoble \u00e9tant situ\u00e9 dans l\u2019un de ces domaines, nous avons pens\u00e9 donner ce nom \u00e0 notre vin.<\/span><\/p>\n

Les caract\u00e9ristiques du vin<\/span><\/h4>\n

Le vin Ranchi est obtenu \u00e0 partir d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de Teroldego, principalement, et de Sangiovese. Teroldego, une vigne originaire du Trentin, a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie par nous pour ses caract\u00e9ristiques particuli\u00e8res et parce qu\u2019elle a une maturation pr\u00e9coce.<\/span><\/p>\n

La couleur est rouge fonc\u00e9 avec des reflets rubis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Le parfum est enveloppant et le go\u00fbt est d\u00e9cisif et riche.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dans l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de la couleur et de la saveur, il y a toute notre histoire, la passion et la constance qui nous ont amen\u00e9s \u00e0 faire ce vin.<\/span><\/p>\n
