Not included in the rentals:
  • You can required the daily cleaning of the apartment with an extra cost of € 25 (€ 15 apt. Stalla)
  • Visitor's Tax € 2 for person. You pay only the first 4 days and children under 12 years old do not pay.

Booking formality:

For confirm the booking it is required a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer.

Cancellations and Refunds:

The deposit is non-returnable.
The balance is full refunded if cancellation is made before 45 days of your arrive.
It is refunded at 50% if the cancellation is made 30 days before your arrive and after this date it is non-returnable.
